Made by Google is the central hub for all Google products. This role involved managing an organic Twitter promotion for the launch of the new Google Home Speaker. It involved a lot of organic social listening and engagement with folks on Twitter, who happened to be talking about their current speaker quality in general, to find best case users to receive a free Google Home speaker. I got to make a lot of people’s days with a free speaker and we received some feel good UGC that the brand was able to leverage post promotion.

Made with Code is an online community created for girls and women to inspire them to take on non-traditional roles, such as coding. For my role, I was tasked with social listening for UGC and content we could leverage and engage with, as well as posting original content from the creative team.

Starbucks tasked the agency to assist with the reintroduction and rebranding of Teavana Tea. For my role, I provided strategy related to cleaning up and getting the Teavana social channels ready for their upcoming rebrand, as well as community management strategies for turning around their negative online sentiment.
